What the app is
Hanger Hustle is a free tool for keeping an inventory of clothing you resell and preparing listings for marketplaces. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
Your data and backups
Your data stays on your device and, if you sign in with Google, in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for keeping backups. We aren't responsible for data lost through browser storage being cleared, device loss, or problems with third-party services.
Marketplaces
The app writes listing text and suggests prices and fees, but you decide what to post. You're responsible for your listings and for following each marketplace's rules (for example Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, Etsy). Fee estimates, character limits and price suggestions are approximate and can be out of date; check the marketplace before relying on them. If an item sells on one site, remove it from the others promptly.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything illegal, to list items you don't have the right to sell, or to break a marketplace's terms.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or lost profits from using the app.
